Pain, Numbness/cramping in the legs

Study Design:

Primary objective: compile long-term outcomes of an implanted device in routine clinical practice

1. Participants:

• Inclusion Criteria:

  Individuals Diagnosed with moderate degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis that have peristent leg/buttock/ groin pain, with or without back pain that is consistently relieved by flexion activities (such as sitting or bending over a shopping cart).

  Individuals must be able to sit for 50 minutes without pain and to walk for 50 feet or more
• Exclusion Criteria:  Individuals that have had surgery of the lumbar spine
